The official warranty period for Xifos-Sabers is now extended from 1 year to 3 years.

Full Coverage: For any confirmed quality issues within the first 3 years, Xifos-Sabers will cover both the repair and the shipping costs.

Long-term Support: Beyond the 3-year period, we will continue to provide technical support, plus total coverage on our cores , with only shipping fees and other costs （if have）covered by the customer.

 

The rest of the parts will not be covered after the 3 years guarantee as they are considered expendables 

 

Guarantee terms are not covering kids sabers models, and the blades guarantee is for only heavy dueling blades ( which is arround 98% of our blades)

After the initial 3-year gold guarantee, we offer a lifetime guarantee for the core of the saber. Please note, this lifetime guarantee does not cover the blade or lamps. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs might occur, but the spare part itself is free of charge.
